Trying to follow tutotiral

I get to the bundle step and have copied your concat-es5, concat-es2015, and build tasks.
It's complaining that the dist folders/files you have listed in those jobs don't exists.
Specifically I have no es5/es2015 files, just 'runtime.js', 'scripts.js', etc. Are those okay, are you pulling in another library/tool to generate those?

What steps am I missing to get this to work?

Check your .browserslistrc file for which browsers you are attempting to support.

Changing this will affect what files are generated by the build command.
