Delete 38 more files: stereo/wedge, blocks, orphans (4919 lines)

Deleted unused subsystems that had no external consumers after
the centres and graphics removals:
- stereo/wedge (13 files) — only used by deleted stereo/compare
- stereo/compare (5 files) — only used internally
- stereo/tools (2 files) — only used by deleted compare
- stereo/inchi (1 file) — unused
- mapping/blocks (8 files) — only used by deleted graphics
- RBlastReaction, IOReaction, CanonicalNumberingGenerator — orphans
- PostFilter, CacheMap, Lock, KeggReactionFileContainer, CDKInChI — orphans

345 → 191 Java files (45% reduction). All 135 tests pass.
