Can't switch repo in a multiple-submodules projects.

I can't switch to a different repo of a big project with some git sub-modules. It would be great to add it back. Thanks!

@asispts I just created a little repo for you to reproduce this issue. And you have been invited as a collaborator.

It has included another submodule, you can use git clone --recursive mode to fetch the whole project.
You can see the neo version doesn't have a way to select repos/submodules.
