V4: notebook functionality checks

Need to check notebooks:

• vast-pipeline-example: need to remove vaex reference, need to add additional stuff with measurements and pairs compute (i.e. how to handle dask stuff), need to update MOCpy World2Screen stuff at the end
• using-vast-mocs-example: need to update MOCpy World2Screen stuf
• source-search-example: This is good to go.
• planet-hunting-example: this should work, but I can't test it because there's no v2 pipeline run that has planets yet.
• catalogue-crossmatching-example
• workshop-2023-notebook: Freezing in-place.
