(request) Right click to lock all other layers

Currently, left clicking or right clicking on the lock locks that layer.

I think it would be useful if right clicking on it locked all OTHER layers. Giving the user an easy way of choosing which layer to work on with one click. (as opposed to locking all layers, and then manually unlocking one of them)
