RTP server problem

I trying to record RTP stream to file like in example. But had some issue with it.
I using 'slin' codec for externalMedia and after had weird audio file
output.sln.zip. It a bit like my voice, but not.

I tried both swap16=true, swap16=false - it doesn't help.

Some example of my RTP packages

Output file at least twice shorter than recording time. For example output of recording session from 08:51:53 to 08:52:01 was 3 seconds.

My Asterisk version is 16.9.0

Nope. I used VLC as audioplayer and audiofile sounded like hell music)
But when I send stream to STT service (for me it was Tinkoff voicekit) it somehow works!
My opinion is problem in VLC Player
