Allow tab reload when the 1st load failed #2256

broken since #2255
There is no Fomantic-UI support - https://github.com/fomantic/Fomantic-UI/blob/2.9.3/src/definitions/modules/tab.js#L371, we need to probably use onLoad instead of onFirstLoad and impl. the "firstLoad variable" in our code.
