[Enhancement] Ability to specify read/write base MCP Server

How can we improve?

Been experimenting with this and would love for the MCP Server to be able to push up a PR.

Maybe we could add a switch to change the MCP Server URL from the default readonly to point to the root read/write endpoint?

I've been experimenting with this and I think this is the best solution for now. You can overwrite the default mcp
