Tracing doesn't print some error messages

Step to reproduce

1. Comment out // db::migrate(&db).await?;
2. sudo rm -rf .cdata
3. Run the get user query from Insomnia/Postman
4. Observe the error log in terminal

Additional Context:

• Querying "enabled" from the log crate makes tracing swallow the next event  tokio-rs/tracing#2519
