Make the ad‑slot size configurable

The CSS sets a fixed min-height: 120px. Some publishers need larger or responsive ad slots. Add an adSlotHeight (or adSlotStyle) option that can be passed to init and applied as an inline style or CSS custom property (--ad-height). Document the new option.
