feature request, battery segment: optional threshold to consider almost full batteries as full #560

User story:
Some laptops have a feature named battery saver or similar, where the battery is not charged to 100% under most conditions to prolong its life. As a user of such a laptop, I would like to get a config parameter high_threshold; for capacity values greater than that value the battery shall be considered "charged" and the segment shall be omitted if always_show_percentage is false.
Additional info:
On my Dell laptop, /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/status is set to Unknown under a battery saver condition.
