Option to filter apps always using X11

Describe the bug

Along with the great option to filter EOL runtimes, it would be great to be able to hide flatpaks requiring X11 to function.

Perhaps this isn't the best idea. While certain apps may be listed as always using X11 within Bazaar, they may actually function normally when removing the X11 permission within Flatseal and enabling Wayland.
