Low audio output volume

The audio output volume is often very low. This is in some cases caused by the individual channels volume being set lower than 100%, or by the base volume being set lower than 100%.

Changing channels volumes can be done with

pactl set-sink-volume 248 '100%' '100%'

where 248 is the sink id in this example of a stereo output

Still need to get a way to correct the base volume

Would you suggest that we change the channel level when the device is connected, and then from the media-router side we only control the normal volume?
