This is just an idea, so feel free to ignore/close this issue.
Since Ephemera works with links extensively already, And using the new 1.20 Hex API, a new spell circle should be relatively simple to add. So the idea is to have a new Impetus that starts casting when a new iota is sent to it. If there are multiple iotas sitting in the queue, it keeps casting until the queue is empty. As for the "special gimmick" besides trigging with iota sent, is that it starts with the iota on the circle's stack.

However, instead of having a full on Impetus, instead there could also be a "slate like" block that pushes the current queued iota onto the stack of the circle (not too far from how Hexical's Pedestals work with Foci). These ideas are for mainly integrating Circles and Links together; so feel free to modify them to how you think would be best.
