compress images aggressively for deployment

- resize all images to max 1200px width (down from 2000px)
- reduce quality to 65% (down from 80%)
- compress all images including those under 1MB
- add compression scripts (compressImages.sh and compressImages.js)

total reduction: 710MB → 181MB (529MB saved, 75% reduction)

this further reduces serverless function sizes and improves cdn delivery performance.
