[Linux] Pango 1.44 dropped support for freetype bitmap font

Recently pango doesn't support bdf/pcf bitmap font (see: https://blogs.gnome.org/mclasen/2019/05/25/pango-future-directions/ )

But support OpenType bitmap font, would you be able to release an OpenType version of the font (or give a procedure on how to convert the BDF files to OTF)?
