Question about one of the prerequisites. (local admin)

Hi.

I was asked to look into Blazegraph for a user in our enterprise environment. One thing I couldn't figure out is the local admin privileges. Our users do not have those, but from what I've seen, aside from installing, local admin privileges aren't needed to operate Blazegraph.

Is anyone familiar with this?
