Determine which endpoints we can fetch from the ledger state

We want to determine what information is stored within the ledger of cardano-node and what we can reach using the mini-protocols.

Alternatively, we need to decide if we want to implement any of these or if we want to go straight into using Dolos as our data node.

Wait no, but this comment from @mmahut says we will keep some half-working endpoints hidden under the /compact/* path:

We can discuss this tomorrow, but I think we will ahead with it. But we might "hide" it behind a new API path, something like /compact.
