specify multiple addresses / only listen on private addresses

currently dora listens on all addresses unless a single v4/v6 address is specified. My setup includes multiple private interfaces and there is currently no way to specify all private IPs or excluding the public IP.

Looking at this again. dora is usually run on inaddr_any, then we use the interfaces in the config if necessary to filter out messages using info from recvmsg

I wonder if we couldn't allow the config to accept something like

interfaces:
   - eth0@172.16.1.1

then bind to inaddr_any, and then only process messages with the interface & ip specified there. would that work for you do you think?

@leshow - I think that's a great way to utilize the "interfaces" key the way it works today. If I was writing this from scratch, I would have had "listeners" as the key with IP address(es) specified rather than interface names. But your solution of ifname@ipaddr seems like a great example of keeping compatibility while extending a capability.

I don't personally have a use-case. I prefer to bind one IP to one interface in IPv4, so this isn't a problem for me. In IPv6, on the other hand, it's more common to have multiple subnets riding on the same VLAN. So if you did implement this, it could be done as you suggested in both scenarios:

v6:
    interfaces:
        enp6s0@2001:db8:1:2:3:4:5:6

But again, I'm not dying to have this, personally.
