Modify landing page content to be more inviting

We want to stress that the guild is open to everyone, not just developers. Anyone can join the Slack and attend meetups if they are interested in tech or working in tech but aren't developers themselves. The only limitations are that a guild member must be regional and they must be interested in the tech community of the region.
