Get the name on pypi and start releasing package #186
Description
As the proxybroker2 is on the way to being ready, I'll release it to pypi.
Currently, the proxybroker2 name is under @puzzlepeaches's account on pypi, I've contacted him/her on twitter and am waiting for a reply. 🤞
The package publish pipeline is ready, and if he/she's willing to transfer the ownership of the project name to me, the auto release process will start working.
