Tab to 'pin' other accounts to and see their boardgames
Implementation
Because all users libraries are public this will be a fairly straight forward tab to implement. We just need an 'add' button which will prompt the user for a username and on successful retrieval of the user we add it to their list and otherwise we throw an error
