awesome work! Stoked to see that progress is being done in this field.
Can you please also provide a Readme file as soon as possible?
That would probably help me greatly in getting my head around this topic.

Hi michael,

Thanks for your interests. I implemented this before CDBTune, the method is similar but not same.

We just integrated CDBTune method into OtterTune, so that you can use DDPG with OtterTune. ref:
cmu-db/ottertune#232
