Get trees for the extant taxa of a given group or set of taxa

OToL: We can get trees with branch lengths from published studies.
DateLife: Gets chronograms, also from previously published studies.
Supersmart: make our own tree with branch lengths and chronogram.

I think we should start with OToLs database, and construct from there.
