Wrong artifact name on release python3.12

Hi there, trying to install the whl file that is uploaded in the release via pip and the command that it worked is this one: `pip install .\llama_cpp_python-0.3.9-cp312-none-win_amd64.whl` so that package has to be renamed to  `llama_cpp_python-0.3.9-cp312-none-win_amd64.whl` the "`cp312`" is duplicated confusing `pip`
