Tag selectors are not intuitive

Using tag selectors is not intuitive.

The intuitive and the currently working solution:

@/h1/i:color-red    // invalid but intuitive
@/h1:/i:color-red   // valid and weird`

Consider supporting the first variant instead if Turbo CSS V2 comes out.
(Not currently planned, just documenting the issue.)
