Result of PaymentLevelFeeReport missing cross-border fees #33
Description
According to https://www.braintreepayments.com/braintree-pricing, payments to US merchants from cards issued outside of US is accessed a 1% cross-border fee. However, this fee is not accounted for in the graphql API's PaymentLevelFeeReport. The "totalFeeAmount" field on each transaction would be incorrect, off by the cross-border fee amount. This makes it difficult to reconcile disbursements.
