Major Generation 8/Legends: Arceus Update/Overhaul

This site needs a massive overhaul:

• Better handling of shiny odds per method and game - Refactor Shiny Odds Calculation #19
• Make it easier to update by providing a database for Pokemon (similar to how we're doing it in Pokemon Matchup), as well as odds per method - Centralized Pokemon Database #20
• Nix shiny sprites. While they are cool, it really slows down updates as we have to wait on sprites to be created - Remove Shiny Sprites #21
• Redesign using React (like Pokemon Matchup) - Migrate to React #17
• Add multiple hunts at a time - Multiple Active Shiny Hunts #18
• Accessibility options - Increment with help of keyboard #8 and Migrate to React #17
• Mobile-first, dark-mode theme - Migrate to React #17
