OTS installer gets 403 Forbidden error during Zeroc repo fetch #5
Description
During the automated installation of OTS, there appears to be an error related to accessing the Zeroc.com repository. A 403 Forbidden error is generated during the installation when trying to fetch the appropriate ICE version download.
