Description
Rename-Item : Cannot rename the specified target, because it represents a path
or device name.
At C:\Users\bschul3\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\custom_scripts\strip.ps1:8

+ Rename-Item -Path out.pdf -NewName $file
Allow Strip to be called from anywhere, not just the directory the stripped pdf is in.
Original file is deleted as normal.
out.pdf is generated in the directory from which you call strip.
