Downloaded chat history from chatbot isn't converted to the correct time zone

When the user end a chat session and is able to download the conversation history then the downloaded file will use GMT+0 time without converting it to the user's local time zone.

Here the chat happened at 10 o'clock but the file displays 7:

In the admin view it is also 10

Expected results:
The downloaded chat history time format should match the local time zone (GMT+3 at the moment)
