[BUG] Training module menu tree has inconsistent linking

Bug description:
In stage environment

When the user is on an Analytics or the Training module page, then the menu tree for the Training module includes "Reeglid" correctly linking to https://admin.stage.buerokratt.ee/training/training/rules:

In the chats or management modules, the training menu tree has "Kasutuslood" linking to https://admin.stage.buerokratt.ee/training/training/stories instead:

Expected behavior:
In every page, there should be only "Reeglid".

Kasutuslood / User Stories have been changed to Reeglid / Rules in the menu.
