Focus on terminal instead of opening new tab/window

Often I already have a terminal window open and I don't want to open another one or a new tab. Is it possible for this plugin to put focus on the terminal app instead of opening a new tab/window? If not, it would be cool if it could do so :)

It depends on terminal. I will consider to add an option to switch to single instance mode.

Awesome, thank you. For what it's worth: I'm using iTerm2.

And the best way is it can open new pane in iTerm2.
