Psychopy demo

It would be good to include a demo (or more) showing how the library can be integrated into experiment code written in Psychopy, since it appears to be the current most popular Psychology experiment software that uses Python. For example, showing how ElGateau interaction can change what appears on a Psychopy window, and vice versa. This would better help people envision how the ElGateau library (and device) can be integrated into their experimental protocol(s) with minimal extra effort. Perhaps one demo highlighting basic interaction between the interface (dev mode) and a Psychopy window, and another consisting of a small (basic) experiment that would best highlight the advantages that using the device would have over and above a standard keyboard.

I am happy to put together some Psychopy demos for the repo.
