Allow Refill Consumables in Belt Slots to work with Pearls of Power and Rods. #1118

This is related to not being able to stack items in your toolbelt.
Describe the solution you'd like
Toybox currently has an option to replace items in your toolbelt when they are used. It would be great if this worked with X/day items like pearls of power and rods. Pearls of power are particularly annoying when you have to swap them out after each use.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative could be just allowing stacking items in the toolbelt. Or a bigger toolbelt.
