Engagement Strategy with theta-client open source project

Two people from the community (they don't work for RICOH) opened issues:

• flutter client ThetaWebApiException cant start preview ricohapi/theta-client#12 - shougonyiren
• demo-android has issuing in build ricohapi/theta-client#1 - ALAlliancetek

One person made a pull request that was accepted

• fixed typo gradle to gradlew ricohapi/theta-client#10 - AirTechWick

@AirTechWick may be able to add a sentence to the React Native Readme along the lines of, "to get the script theta-client/react-native/mkpackage.sh to work on Windows 11, convert the CRLF to LF using VS Code or similar tool." Suggest he work with @jcasman on the specifics of a short, concise pull request to theta-client.

Before making the pull request, suggest we test it with tools such as notepad++ and dos2unix as well.
