IE bug in new topic page in 'Contributors' section #103
FYI, there is a weird spacing that occurs in IE11 in the contributors section on the new topic pattern: https://design.canada.ca/coded-layout/theme_topic_guidance.html
(Note: the dot/bullet separating the 2 contributors is also not evenly spaced between the two links)
