Visual Studio build

Hi,

Is there any instruction about how to build the libraries using visual studio compiler?

I got a "C2090 error: function returns array" at line 91 of mtpsd.h

I am trying to link the lib with some windows code, a VS compiler is necessary due to another component.

It seems that the library relies on C99 native "complex" type, that will substitute fftw_complex if defined (otherwise fftw_complex is just a typedef of double [2]). My understanding is that VS up until now only fully supports C90, that didn't have the complex type, and thus the fftw_complex is just double [2], that is an array and cannot be returned...

Basically, I was able to compile it in visual studio (for real input signal) with a few minor fixes that replace the routines that rely on native c99 complex
