Make currently selected account more visible #139
Description
Selection of accounts doesn't just happen on a conscious basis. It might happen by clicking a notification, as a residue of a previous session or by other accident.
Because of this, there needs to be a way to make the selected account obvious. Having name/icon in slide out drawer isn't enough.
Ideas:
- have a 1dp colored line on one side, with colors set up per account
- let me enable floating account icon in my timelies
- show account-name/icon above the reblog/quote-menu when it's opened
