Add an adressbook tab

Description of the feature

An additionall tab called Addressbook where User are listed.

• In addressbook tab you could add contacts.
• Every contact contain at least 'username' and one fediverse handle.
• Every contact could be enhanced with a least
  • one or more other fediverse handle
  • prename and last name
• having an adressbook entry does not mean that I follow this user
  (follow is still fediverse handle specific)

Optional

• sync with system addressbook to sync somme data between devices
  • store private note and follower state in addressbook

Other relevant information

The idea is to be able to look into other user without the need to follow them.

Some of my friends have subjects i do not like to follow but sometime i like to check what they do. Also some of my friens have several fediverse handle for different subjects.

I fully agree, but in my case. Two Lineageos with Dav-droid. I have everything under my control I prefer been able to sync to to my Dav server on my nas.
