Backport fix for "Fix Behat execute helper method arguments"

Hi, there was a fix sent to this issue #917 that was merged into MOODLE_500_STABLE branch.
We are requesting to backport this fix into MOODLE_405_STABLE branch because is breaking our test in Workplace CI.
