Game Reset Doesn't Work

(NOTE: This issue is a migrated issue from the old git instance)

Because the organization of the scores sub(sub(sub(sub)))) dictionaries has gotten so messy, resetting the game doesn't work.

Need to either update the reset game function, and/or organize game.scores better.

Also, the final results page currently shows the join and new game buttons from index. Need to update to show the actual reset options.
