Add in Time Limits #6

Currently the Dismiss Question option appears immediately after the host has finished reading the question.
In real Jeopardy, there is a time limit of 5 seconds for a player to buzz in, so that timespan should be included in the enabling of the button.
However, the time limit should be a user configurable option.
Additionally, something like this link would be cool to show how much time is remaining for the players to buzz in.
Lastly, technically the players also only have 5 seconds from buzzing in to answer the question. Optional to add this limit as well
