We are pulling from the American Community Survey (ACS 5 Year Dataset) and while there is language that implies children are under 18 (0-17) years, because we are pulling from the "Sex by Age" = "B01001" table and specifically using the 5 age groups (<5, 5-9, 10-14, 15-17, 18-19) for both male and female, I believe it's most accurate to say our definition of children in this dataset is "19 and Under" (ages 0-19).
