Host program #5
Description
I've been assuming a "hosting" HTTP server for http-accel-on-Fomu that acts as a reverse proxy. The host program listens on port 80, accepts requests, forwards them into ATCP streams (#2), and proxies back the responses.
This program should also handle setup: detect whether the Fomu is in bootloader mode or pre-loaded, and load it up if needed.
