RFC -- @celo/keystores

On the usefulness of @celo/keystores

some starting points

• its not used by any of our other celo packages.
  * npm says no packages rely on it.
• no readme exists
• its has very few (10s) of downloads most weeks.

background

according to celo-org/celo-monorepo#7063 it was supposed to be eventually used by cli to store the private key but that was never implemented.

Given that keystores seem to be a general ethereum tool/concept if ever we do decide to implement for the celocli likely we would try to use a more common implementation.

conclusion

@celo/Keystores seem deprecate-able
