Replace Husky with Lefthook #691
Description
we use husky for pre commit hook linting, but when it lints it doesnt then add the files back to stage to we end up needing 2 commits, which sucks.
biome recommends usng left hook https://biomejs.dev/recipes/git-hooks/
lets try this out
