Ceramic SDK can query data via flight sql

Ceramic-one now exposes all pipeline tables via FlightSQL. We want to expose querying this data via the SDK.

DOD

• SDK can submit an arbitrary FlightSQL query to ceramic-one and return response
• Query API works in node-js
• Query API does not need to work in the browser

I'll start looking through to see what adding flight SQL logic on top would entail
