[FEATURE] Integration with Issue tracking systems like GitLab, Github, Jira or Icinga

Feature Description

Ideally this should support multiple issue tracking systems and the systems should be tightly integrated with the customer selection.

eg.
timedctl ac start --customer should allow you to fuzzy-select tasks based on the issue tracking system to work on.
