Error in synthesis: Only PACKED supported at this time.

Hello,

I'm trying to synthesize SCR1 RISC-V Core from Syntacore. While running the synthesis, I get the error scr1_search_ms1.svh:12: ERROR: Only PACKED supported at this time.

Note: I get a bunch of other errors. Maybe the Core isn't supported OpenLane yet.
